RETURN POLICY

We’re happy to accept returns for eligible items purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must also be in original condition and in original packaging.


Will my shipping costs be refunded?

All shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns and exchanges, $9.00 will be deducted from your total refund to cover the costs of shipping the product back to us.


How long will it take to process my return if purchased in the US?

It can take between 3-5 business days to process your return at our warehouse. Once processed, it could take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment.


How long will it take to process my return from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO)?

If returning from a U.S. territory or military base outside of the 50 States, shipping may take a few days longer to arrive at the warehouse; this could delay the processing of your return. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you ship your return to see your refund posted back to the original form of payment.


Which items are non-refundable?

At this time, returns cannot be accepted for free gifts, custom printed items, monogram items, promotional items, close-outs, and on any items marked “Final Sale.”


How can I return a gift?

Please visit returns.weathermanumbrella.com. Below the field where you are asked to enter your email address, click “Returning a Gift?” Follow the instructions to successfully process your return.


Can I return or exchange my online order in-person?

All returns must be processed via our online returns system.


Why was I offered an Weatherman Instant Refund Voucher when all I want to do is return my item for a refund back to the original form of payment?

You have the option to waive the refund back to the original form of payment and instead, take advantage of the Weatherman E-Credit offer. An Weatherman E-Credit allows you to shop for something new right away on our site. The voucher will need to be used at checkout.

I would rather just receive a refund back to my original form of payment!

No Problem! Just print your return label found in the email confirmation and ship your goods back to the warehouse. It can take between 3-5 business days to process your return at our warehouse. Once processed, it could take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment

EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re happy to accept exchanges for eligible items purchased within 30 days days of the delivery date. Items must also be in original condition and in original packaging.


How long should it take to process my exchange?

The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed immediately from the time you click “Confirm!” Look out for your confirmation email once the order is placed. The transit time of your order is based on the shipping service level you chose during checkout.


When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange?

Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as you can, using the return label provided. Please remember to include the original packing invoice! You have 30 days from the time that the order arrives at your door to declare your return and send the goods back.


How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged?

During your online exchange, click “My Order Was Damaged.” You will download a shipping label and then select the item you would like to exchange for your damaged item. You can then exchange your new item.

 If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact help@weathermanumbrella.com and include the following info:

- The original order number & your current shipping address

- A short description of the damage

- Photographs of the defective or damaged item may also be included


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have any questions, please let us know!


How do I return/exchange my order?

- Pack all your items along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you can’t find your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your weathermanumbrella.com account.

- Ship to below address using your carrier of choice.

*For the package's value, use the price paid for the item(s) you're returning, as noted on the order invoice.
